Ann Liston

Partner
A leading national media consultant who has worked on every level of political campaigns – from a well-heeled ward office to serving as a senior member of the media team on President Obama’s re-election, and everything in-between. Ann has over twenty years of experience managing and consulting on competitive campaigns including several in Florida. She cut her teeth in national politics by serving in senior positions at EMILY’s List, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), The National Democratic Convention – Los Angeles, and the National Democratic Institute (NDI).

Ty Matsdorf

A seasoned Democratic strategist, Ty guides political and communication strategy at the highest levels of government and campaigns. Through his role at Amplify and The Messina Group, he has led campaigns for party committees, Super PACs, and issue advocacy organizations in media markets across the country at every level of office, spending hundreds of millions of dollars on highly targeted paid media and helping candidates win across the country.

The mastermind behind President Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, Jim seized the reins on what Bloomberg Businessweek dubbed “the highest-wattage crash course in executive management ever undertaken” — and succeeded, earning the President another term in the White House. In 2013, Jim launched The Messina Group to provide strategic consulting to businesses around the world. Today, presidents, prime ministers, and party leaders around the world trust TMG with the biggest fights in their political lives.

Eric Adelstein

Prior to starting A|L Media, Eric spent eleven years managing Democratic campaigns. At the age of 27, he served as State Director for the 1992 Clinton/Gore Campaign in Illinois, the first successful Democratic Presidential Campaign in Illinois since 1964. Eric has appeared on WLS Radio’s Political Shootout, the nationally syndicated program Beyond the Beltway, the nationally syndicated WGN Steve Cochran Show and MSNBC. He received his J.D. from the University of Chicago School of Law and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Williams College. He was selected a Greater Chicago Leadership Fellow in 1993 and serves on the Board of Trustees of the Erikson Institute and the Advisory Board of Facing History and Ourselves.

Gabrielle Quintana Greenfield

Political Director

Gabrielle joined Amplify after over a decade leading political campaigns around the country at the federal, state, and municipal levels. After her earlier work in field and fundraising, she managed multiple congressional races and political action committees before helping to elect Governor Ralph Northam and win majorities in the Virginia House. Gabrielle served multiple cycles at the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee as the Battlefield Director and Deputy Independent Expenditure Director, adding to her experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and engaging major stakeholders and donors. She also served as the Political Director at the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee.

Sandra Hosseini

Competitive Director
Sandra manages the Competitive Department after serving as an analyst during the 2018 midterm elections. Previously she served on the Executive Team for the Illinois Women’s Institute for Leadership Training Academy helping train and elect pro-choice Democratic women. As Executive Vice President she lead the Illinois Young Democrats and continues to work to advance diversity and inclusion in Chicago based tech companies as the co-chair of P33’s The ’33 Council.

Scott Kennedy

Executive Director
The vision and the builder behind Big AL, Scott has developed the award-winning platform into the most trusted source of competitive media tracking in the industry. He is a veteran of Illinois statewide campaigns, having worked on two governor and two US Senate races, and is often cited as an expert on Illinois political matters.

Miles King

Media Director

Miles tracks spending and manages hundreds of television and radio programs in competitive races and advocacy campaigns across the country. Miles has been a lead media buying consultant for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, American Bridge, Fair Fight, and Women Vote along with dozens of high profile hard side campaigns. His past experience includes working as senior staff for an Assistant Majority Leader of the Illinois House of Representatives.
